PUBG Mobile India, a favorite among gamers, partnered with Wesicoo to achieve four key objectives:

STRATEGY AND EXECUTION


  1. Building a Trustworthy Relationship

    To scale our partnership with PUBG Mobile India’s influencer community on YouTube, we focused on building a trustworthy relationship and a reliable environment for future collaboration:

    • Assigned a single-point-of-contact for each influencer to ensure they could easily reach out with any queries.

    • Provided quick support for any account-related issues, making our team just a message away.

    • Implemented necessary measures with the PUBG team against hacking to maintain a fair gaming environment for all influencers.

  1. Created a dashboard for performance tracking & reporting

    We developed a comprehensive dashboard for tracking and reporting influencer performance metrics. This tool consolidated all content and activities, enhancing brand visibility on YouTube.

    The dashboard captured:

    • Month-wise and campaign-wise tracking of influencer video uploads.

    • Engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments) and audience sentiments for each campaign.

    • Organic results of all videos uploaded for PUBG Mobile India.


    Weekly and monthly performance reports were shared with the PUBG team, providing insights into effective content and strategies to drive future results.


  2. Onboarding New Influencers & Accelerating Growth for the PUBG Community

    A meticulous system was established to onboard new influencers, aligning with the brand messaging and guidelines:
